Great to hear Prof Myles Allen,@ecioxford raising the all important question of 'who is going to pay for it?' this morning. Getting to #netzero needs public and private sector investment and collaboration - sooner rather than later.
It is "particularly positive" that international aviation and shipping will be included in the new targets, says Baroness Brown from the Climate Change Committee. But she is disappointed the green homes grant scheme has been scrapped. #R4Today
